Visual Design

Highlights from my 8-week visual design projects including typography, composition, and color. Two projects are included: typography with movie and local cookbook store rebranding. I started with defining communication goals, brainstorming and sketching. After multiple iterations, I came up with the final designs below.

For this 4-week project, I chose scenes that distinctively convey different emotions from the movie Roman Holiday. Then, I created typography pieces based on my communication goals related to each scene. My communication goals are Content, Desperate, and Bittersweet.

Composition & Color

For this 4-week project, I created poster series as well as redesigned the logo and website for a local cookbook store called Book Larder. I defined my communication goals as Welcoming, Energetic, and Adventurous.
